(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that similar writ petition bearing D. B. Civil Writ Petition No. 8575/2019 titled Ramavatar Saini & Others Vs. State of Rajasthan & Others was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 13.05.2019 and the present writ petition be disposed of in terms of order dated 13.05.2019.
