JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner, who is in judicial custody in connection with F.I.R. No.149/2020, Police Station Bhopalpura, District Udaipur, registered for the offence under Sections 376, 417, 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

(2.) Heard and considered the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner appearing through video conferencing and learned Public Prosecutor present in person. Perused the material available on record.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that as per prosecution, accused-petitoner introduced Sohel Mohammed to prosecutrix; the allegation of rape is against main accused Sohel Mohammed who has already been granted benefit of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.09.2020 (Bail Application No. 9843/2020); and that the trial will take time. With these submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that the benefit of bail may be granted to the accused-petitioner.
