JUDGEMENT

(1.) The instant application for Suspension of Sentence has been preferred on behalf of appellant-applicant Satya Narain @ Sattu son of Ladu Lal, who has been convicted and sentenced for the offences under Sections 302/34, 201/34 IPC and Section 3(2)(v) of the SC/ST Act vide the Judgment dated 02.03.2020 passed by the learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act Cases, Bhilwara in Sessions Case No.59/2017.

(2.) Learned Public Prosecutor has chosen not to file reply to the application for suspension of sentence and proposed to argue the matter orally.

(3.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.
