(3.) The petitioners have been arrested in connection with CR Case No. 99/2018 of Police Station Sri Dungargarh (Bikaner) for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 147, 148, 149 IPC. They have preferred this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C.
