JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking quashing of the First Information Report No.148/2020 registered at Police Station Nayapura, District Kota City for offence under Sections 420 , 467 , 468 , 379 , 120-B Indian Penal Code, 1860 on the basis of compromise effected between the parties.

(2.) Learned counsel for the parties have Learned counsel for the parties have submitted that parties have amicably settled their dispute. In-fact, FIR was an outcome of a matrimonial dispute between the parties. Petitioner no.1 is the daughter-in-law of the complainant and petitioner no.2 is the mother of petitioner no.1. However, now parties have amicably settled their dispute and petitioner no.1 will now reside in the house of the complainant.

(3.) Complainant as well as petitioner no.2 have also joined through video conferencing.
