JUDGEMENT

(1.) The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the notices/orders dated 08. 08. 2016, 29. 12. 2016, 20. 07. 2019, 06. 08. 2019 and 19. 08. 2019.

(2.) The petitioner who was Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Sikri, Panchayat Samiti Nagar, District Bharatpur has also sought quashing of enquiry proceedings conducted against him in respect of certain financial irregularities said to be committed during the period April, 2013 to February, 2015.

(3.) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that an enquiry was initiated by Assistant Accounts Officer-I, wherein the irregularities which were alleged in keeping and maintaining the books of accounts were subject matter of the enquiry.
