JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No.0057/2020 was registered at Police Station Kailwara, District Baran, for offence under Sections 34, 304-B I.P.C.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner's father is bed-ridden due to being paralyzed and petitioner's mother is old. Petitioner was posted at Kailwara. Deceased asked the petitioner to stay at Kota. It was not possible for petitioner to leave his ailing parents and to stay at Kota, on which dispute between the couple took place.
