JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail applications have been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No.312/2019 registered at Police Station Dantaramgarh, District Sikar (Rajasthan) for the offence(s) under Section 147 , 148 , 149 , 452 , 323 , 341 and 302 of IPC, Section 3 / 25 of Arms Act and charge-sheet has been filed for offence under Section 147 , 148 , 341 , 323 , 302 of IPC.

(2.) Heard learned counsels for the parties through 'Jitsi Meet'.

(3.) It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that although the petitioners are named in the FIR; but, there is no allegation of causing fatal injury on the person of deceased Kamraj against them. He submits that co-accused persons namely, Ravindra Singh @ Ravi, Jitendra Singh @ Aaloo, Gajveer Singh and Devendra Singh have already been extended benefit of bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court. He further submits that the petitioners are in custody since 30.10.2019, charge-sheet has already been filed, trial of the case will take time and prays for their release on bail.
