JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners have filed this anticipatory bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No.288/2019 was registered at Police Station Thanagaji, District Alwar for offence under Sections 143, 341, 323, 326 of I.P.C.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that there is cross-FIR. Present FIR was lodged after a delay of five days. Petitioners have already appeared before Investigating Officer.
