KRISHNA DEVI Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The issue involved in these batch of writ petitions is with regard to grant of certificate of SC/ST/OBC to the petitioners. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue involved in these batch of writ petitions has been considered by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the matter of Smt. Bimla Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. , in S. B. Civil Writs No. 19160/2018 along with connected matters decided on 26. 09. 2018, wherein it has been held as under:-

(2.) Mr. Anil Mehta, Additional Advocate General appeared on behalf of the respondents has not disputed the fact regarding passing of the judgment by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the matter of the Smt. Bimla (supra).

(3.) In that view of the matter, the present batch of writ petitions are disposed of in view of the judgment of Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the matter of Smt. Bimla (supra).
