JUDGEMENT

(1.) Instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers:-

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue involved in this writ petition has already been considered and decided by the Division Bench of this Court in the matter of Shravan Kumar Choudhary Vs. The State of Rajasthan & Ors., (D.B. Spl. Appl. Writ No.154/2019 decided on 22.05.2019), wherein para Nos.7, 8, 9 and 10 have held as under:-

(3.) In that view of the matter, the present writ petition stands dismissed, in view of the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the matter of Shravan Kumar Choudhary (supra).
