JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter comes up on application for extending the term of stay order dated 19.08.2016.

(2.) With the consent of parties, that matter is taken up for final hearing at this stage.

(3.) Petitioners have preferred separate misc petition bearing S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition Nos.2557/2016 and 3457/2016 aggrieved by order dated 27.04.2016 whereby Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Sambharlake, District Jaipur, has taken cognizance against the petitioners.
