JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the parties submit that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by order of this Court in Dr. Gaurav Sharma & Ors. v. State of Rajasthan & Ors .: S.B.C.W.P. No. 16913/2019, decided on 20.01.2020 and, therefore, the present writ petition may also be decided in terms of the said order.

(2.) In the case of Dr. Gaurav Sharma (supra), it was directed by this Court as under:-

(3.) In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition filed by the petitioners is also disposed of in light of and with similar directions as given in the case of Dr. Gaurav Sharma (supra).
