JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners have filed these bail applications under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No.207/2020 was registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Tonk for offence under Sections 341, 323, 143, 307, 452 I.P.C.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that there is cross FIR. Both the sides have sustained injuries. No overt act is assigned to the petitioners.
