Learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted that in the ongoing process of recruitment to the post of Community Health Officer, the candidates having degree of BHMS, BUMS, BDS, Bachelor of Nathuropathy and others have been provisionally permitted to apply offline by interim orders issued at Principal seat Jodhpur and Bench at Jaipur. Therefore, the petitioners in above petitions should also be granted same indulgence of the court.
(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioners in SB. Civil Writ Petition No. 10968/2020 submits that the petitioners are eligible to participate in the on going selection process of CHO in compliance of the directions issued by the court in S.B.C.W No. 10521/2008 (Ram Charan Sharma and Ors. v. State of Rajasthan and Ors.) but the respondents are not receiving their application forms online or offline. Therefore, they may be provisionally permitted to apply offline.
(3.) Learned Advocate General submits that by interim orders the candidates having BHMS, BDS and other degrees have been provisionally permitted to apply offline without considering the reply of the State respondents. The matters are listed before the Principal Seat Jodhpur on 24.09.2020. These fresh matters may be considered for interim orders and thereafter all the petitions involving common questions may be taken up jointly. Issue notice.
