RAM ROSHNI Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. against the order dated 29.10.2018 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mundawar, District Alwar in Criminal Revision Petitioin No. 30/2018, vide which the revision filed by the accused petitioner was dismissed and the order of framing of charges against the petitioner was confirmed.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for both the sides and perused the material made available on record.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent. She has been falsely implicated in the matter. This is a simple dispute of correction of entry of Khasara number in the sale deed and Revenue Record, which has been given the color of criminal case. The proceedings for is pending before competent Court but the trial Court has taken cognizance against the accused petitioner without any cogent material and in furtherance thereof, charges have also been framed. Learned Revisional Court has also dismissed the revision petition without application of mind. The petitioner deserves to be allowed.
