JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No. 248/2020 was registered at Police Station Mansarovar, Jaipur for offence under Section 379 of I.P.C.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that matter pertains to theft of motorcycle. The criminal antecedents do not pertain to the accused. The cases which have been referred are pertaining to the year when petitioner was a young child aged between 1 and five years.
