JUDGEMENT

(1.) The issue involved in the present writ petition has been finally concluded by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, at Principal Seat, Jodhpur, in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.2094/2019 titled as Kuldeep Kumar and Ors. Versus State of Rajasthan and Ors. and other connected writ petitions decided on 20.07.2020 wherein this Court has after examining the contentions raised by the petitioners as well as respondents passed the following order:-

(2.) In the present writ petition also, a similar prayer has been made by the petitioners. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. The order passed by the Coordinate Bench in the case (supra) shall mutatis mutandis apply on the petitioners also.

(3.) All the pending applications also stand disposed of.
