JUDGEMENT

(1.) Due to outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), the lawyers are not appearing in the courts.

(2.) Heard Mr. A.K. Jain, learned counsel for petitioner through Video Calling as well as learned Public Prosecutor, who is present in the court.

(3.) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in this criminal misc. petition has also been considered by the Co- ordinate Bench of this court in the matter of Asharam Vs. State of Rajasthan (S.B. Criminal Misc. (Petition) No.2723/2019) decided on 03.02.2020.
