JUDGEMENT

(1.) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present third stay application with a liberty to file fresh writ petition, incorporating all the grounds permissible under law for laying challenge to the initiation of the disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner.

(2.) With the liberty aforesaid, the third stay application is dismissed as withdrawn. SB Civil Second Stay Application No.10050/2019 :

(3.) The second stay application, which was filed apprehending disciplinary proceedings also stands disposed of accordingly.
