(2.) Petitioners have filed these bail applications under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(3.) F.I.R. No.89/2020 was registered at Police Station Bonli, Sawaimadhopur, for offences under Sections 143 , 341 , 323 , 324 , 354 and 354-D of IPC and Section 7/8 of Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
