JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner submitted her application form pursuant to advertisement dated 21.05.2018, issued for the post of Librarian Grade-III.

(2.) The application aforesaid was submitted on 23.07.2018 and before the date of written examination, unfortunately her husband passed away on 09.01.2019.

(3.) Petitioner has preferred the present writ petition seeking direction to the respondent to consider her candidature in the widow category.
