JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this sixth bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No. 840/Jaipur 19-XXVI/2012 was registered at Police Station DRI Unit, Jaipur for offence under Sections 8/22, 23, 25, 27(a) and 29 of the NDPS Act.

(3.) It is contended by Counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has remained in custody for a period of about seven years and five months. The prosecution evidence continued for a period of six years and six months. Petitioner needs to produce his defence evidence, though he has produced six witnesses but still he has examined four witnesses.
