JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard counsel for the petitioners through video conference.

(2.) Learned Public Prosecutor is present in person in the Court.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are major and they have entered into marriage on 2.6.2020 at Shiv Mandir, Kachhari Premises (Alwar) as per Hindu rituals and customs in presence of their friends. It is submitted that the petitioners are living together as husband and wife, but the family members are not agreed with their marriage so they are regularly harassing and humiliating both the petitioners. Therefore, he implored to order for protection to the petitioners.
