IRFAN Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail applications have been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No. 0023/2020 registered at Police Station Kishangarhbas District Bhiwadi for the offence(s) under Section(s) 3/8 of Rajasthan Bovine Animal (Prohibition of Slaughter and Regulation of Temporary Migration or Export) Act , 1995 and Section 4 / 25 of Arms Act.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners through 'Jitsi Meet'.

(3.) It is contended by learned counsels for the petitioners that they have falsely been implicated in this case. They submitted that the petitioners are in custody since 27.01.2020, charge-sheet has already been filed, trial of the case will take time, they have no criminal antecedents and prays for release of the petitioners on bail.
