BUDDHARAM Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Misc. Bail Application has been brought under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking regular bail in connection with FIR No.676/2019 registered at Police Station Bayana, District Bharatpur for offence under Sections 147 , 148 , 149 , 323 , 341 & 379 IPC.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner through Jitsi Meet. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no grievous injury on the vital part of the injured and no injury has been described as dangerous to life. Co-accused Rakesh @ Babloo and Sanjay Kumar have been released on bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. by Co- ordinate Bench of this Court. Co-accused Shanti Devi, Usha Devi and Preeti Kumari have been granted benefit of bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C . by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.02.2020.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.
