JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the accused-petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor.

(2.) Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submitted that the accused-petitioner has been arrested in a case arising out of FIR No.100/2020 registered at Police Station Gandhi Nagar, Ajmer for the offence under Section 376 IPC.

(3.) Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submitted that the accused-petitioner and the prosecutrix were initially engaged with due permission of the parents of both the parties.
