JUDGEMENT

(1.) Despite the order dated 27.5.2020 passed by this Court, criminal antecedents of the petitioner have not been submitted.

(2.) This bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 CrPC seeking regular bail in FIR No. 627/2019 registered at Police Station, Sewar, Distt. Bharatpur for the offence under Sections 379 , 411 IPC.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in 13 cases alleged to have been registered against the petitioner, in most of the cases, the petitioner has been acquitted. He has placed on record the copy of the judgments passed by the Court below in which the petitioner has been acquitted. He further submits that the petitioner has no connection with the alleged recovery and identification parade of the petitioner has not been conducted. Co-accused Aarif Ali @ Pradhan @ Khurshid has been enlarged on bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.2.2020. The petitioner is in judicial custody since long and the conclusion of trial is likely to take long time, hence he may be enlarged on bail.
