JUDGEMENT

(1.) Registry is directed to connect these cases.

(2.) Learned counsel submits that the petitioner-Institutions were granted recognition by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) for D.El.Ed. Course of duration of two years while issuing the order dated 3rd August, 2018.

(3.) Learned counsel submitted that the Affiliating Body did not grant 'NOC' and as such, the petitioner-Institutions had to file writ petition/s before this Court and the respondent-State issued order of including the petitioner-Institutions in the counselling on provisional basis for the Session 2019-20.
