HITESH BRICKS INDUSTRIES, KHERWARA Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to make payment of outstanding amount to the petitioner towards the construction of lavatory raised by the petitioner as per proposal of respondent No.4 and guidelines of the Union of India.

(2.) It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that by communication dated 02.01.2018 (Annex.1), the Gram Sewak and the Sarpanch clearly indicated that the amount was due in petitioner. Whereafter, despite repeated representations made by the petitioner and registered notice issued in this regard, the amount has not been paid to the petitioner.

(3.) In the circumstances of the case, where the petitioner claims amount to be outstanding and has approached the respondents in this regard by way of representation, it is minimum expected from the respondents to respond to the notice and/or decide the representation.
