JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners have filed these bail applications under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No.681/2019 was registered at Police Station Bansur, District Alwar, Police Station District Bhiwadi for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 201, 342, 323, 201, 34 of I.P.C.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that the deceased-Rajendra took some photographs of petitioner-Suman, on which an FIR was lodged on 07.09.2019. In the FIR itself, it was mentioned that the deceased is threatening petitioner-Suman that if she does not talk with him, he will commit suicide near Suman's residence.
