JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No. 494/2020 was registered at Police Station Sanganer Sadar, Jaipur Metropolitan for offence under Sections 376 of I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that as per the FIR, the incident took place after the lockdown. The FIR was lodged on 18.09.2020 after an inordinate delay. It is also contended that story as mentioned in the FIR does not inspire confidence.
