JUDGEMENT

(1.) Lawyers are not appearing in the Court in view of the unprecedented situation being faced by the country due to pandemic of novel corona virus (COVID-19).

(2.) The present second bail application has been filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner who is in custody in connection with F.I.R. No.50/2020, Police Station Salamgarh, District Pratapgarh for the offences under Sections 363, 343 and 376 D/B of the IPC and under Sections 3/4 and 5G/6 of the POCSO Act.
