JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the accused-petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor.

(2.) Learned counsel for the accused-petitioners submitted that the accused-petitioners have been arrested in a case arising out of FIR No.10/2020 registered at Police Station Pilani, Jhunjhunu for the offence under Sections 363 , 366 , 354 , 342 , 376D , 506 IPC and Section 5/6 of POCSO Act, 2012.

(3.) Learned counsel for the accused-petitioners submitted that the accused-petitioners have falsely been implicated in the case.
