JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India for third regular parole.

(2.) Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that despite repeated directions of this Court, the respondents are not deciding the prayer of the petitioner for releasing him on third regular parole.

(3.) Learned Asst. G.A. submits that he has apprised the respondents about the order of this Court dated 04.06.2020 but no response has come as yet.
