(1.) This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking quashment of the orde This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking quashment of the order dated 21.09.2019 passed by learned Special Court (Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002)/Special Court (Communal Riots Cases), Jaipur Metropolitan, Jaipur in Criminal Case No.31/2019 whereby, application filed by the petitioner seeking exemption from personal appearance was rejected, the bail bonds were forfeited and proceeding under Section 446 of CrPC was initiated.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order impugned was passed qua seven accused persons including writ petitioner and this Court has been pleased to quash the order dated 21.09.2019 in different criminal miscellaneous petitions in respect of six other accused persons. He relies on the judgment of this Court in the case of Shyam Sunder Singhvi Versus State of Rajasthan, SB Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No.288/2020, Pushkar Raj Ameta Versus State of Rajasthan, SB Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No.466/2020 & Dheerendra Singh @ Chintoo Versus State of Rajasthan, SB Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No.467/2020 to buttress his submission.
