JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners have filed this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.49/2020 registered at Police Station Chouth Ka Barwada, District Sawaimadhopur for the offences under Sections 147 , 186 , 188 , 332 , 336 , 353 IPC and under Section 51 of the Disaster Management Act.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the accused-petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and carefully scanned the relevant material made available on record.

(3.) Learned counsel for accused-petitioners submits that the charge sheet has been filed. The incident occurred during lockdown period when the petitioners had gone outside to get the medicines for their children.
