(1.) Issue notice to the respondents.

(2.) Petitioner is directed to supply copy of the Petition to the counsel appearing for the respondents.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was appointed as Dean by the Vice-Chancellor. Chancellor forced upon the Vice-Chancellor to remove Dean on the ground that petitioner was Head of the Department of Private Affiliated College.
