JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application for bail has been filed by the petitioners under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.29/2020, Police Station Ghasa, Udaipur for the offences under Sections 498-A & 304-B of IPC.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor and also perused the material available on record.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioners inviting Court's attention towards the circumstances and particularly, the tradition of the 'Kalbalia' community a gypsy tribe, submitted that the allegations of demand of dowry and the case framed under Section 498-A IPC is untenable. He explained that in the said community it is the family of boy, which offers the gift/money to the girl and her family.
