JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners have filed these bail applications under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.133/2020 registered at Police Station Vigyan Nagar, Kota for the offences under Sections 454 , 397 , 452 , 395 , 397 , 216A of IPC and Sections 3 / 25 , 4 / 25 of Arms Act.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the accused-petitioners, counsel for the complainant and learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and carefully scanned the relevant material made available on record.

(3.) Learned counsel for accused-petitioner submits that there is a dispute relating to financial transactions between the parties and the petitioners had been called by the complainant at his house as is mentioned in the FIR. Where after allegations is that the petitioner having looted the complainant, which is practically improbable as he would not have name the persons who came to loot and were not known to each other previously. Learned counsel submits that charge-sheet has been filed and similarly situated co-accused Bhanu has already been released on bail.
