JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the accused-petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor.

(2.) Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submitted that the accused-petitioner has been arrested in a case arising out of FIR No.69/2020 registered at Police Station Mehandipur Balaji, District Dausa for the offence under Sections 376 , 354-C , 379 , 506 IPC.

(3.) Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submitted that the accused-petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case.
