JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application for bail has been filed by the petitioners under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.35/2020, Police Station Rathanjana, District Pratapgarh for the offences under Sections 341, 323 & 302/34 IPC.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor and also perused the material available on record.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioners invited Court's attention towards the FIR, injury report and the postmortem report and contended that the deceased Mangilal cannot be said to have died on account of injuries inflicted by the petitioners, inasmuch as the incident took place on 08.04.2020, whereas the victim died on 25.04.2020 and the postmortem report indicates the following:
