JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider their representation/notice for demand of justice expeditiously.

(2.) The present writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the respondents No.2 and 3 to consider and decide petitioners representation, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six weeks from placing of certified copy of the order instant.

(3.) The petitioners may file photostat copy of notice for demand of justice dated 02.11.2020, while placing certified copy of the order instant.
