JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the accused-petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor.

(2.) Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submitted that the accused-petitioner has been arrested in a case arising out of FIR No.64/2019 registered at Police Station Srimadhopur, District Sikar for the offence under Sections 420 & 406 of IPC.

(3.) Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submitted that the accused-petitioner is facing trial for offences under Sections 420 and 406 IPC and these offences are non-bailable but triable by the Magistrate.
