JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in this petition has already been considered by Co- ordinate Bench of this court in the matter of Surghan Sing Vs. State of Rajasthan and Another, SB Civil Writ Petition No. 24725/2018 wherein on 30.06.2020 following order was passed:-

(2.) Counsel further submits that present writ petition be disposed of in view of the judgment passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this court in the matter of Surghan Singh (supra)

(3.) Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has not disputed the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner.
