JUDGEMENT

(1.) The applicant has filed this second bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C in FIR No.76/2020 registered at Police Station Panwar, District Jhalawar, for the offences under Section 363 of IPC and rejected in 363, 366, 342 & 120-B of IPC and Section 3/4 and 17/18 of POCSO Act.

(2.) The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed vide order dated 09.10.2020.

(3.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material made available on record.
