(1.) Heard learned counsels for the parties through 'Jitsi Meet'.

(2.) The criminal revision petition is reported to be time barred by 116 days. Application No.285/2020 has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay. The delay in filing the revision petition is condoned for the reasons stated in the application.

(3.) The Application No.285/2020 stands disposed of accordingly.
