(1.) Petitioners have filed this bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No.211/2020 was registered at Police Station Lalsot, District Dausa for offence under Sections 143, 341, 323, 379 of I.P.C.

(3.) Counsel for the petitioner does not press the bail application of Petitioner No.1, seeks liberty to move fresh bail application of petitioner No.1 after filing of the charge-sheet.
