JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the complainant through video conferencing. Learned Public Prosecutor is present in Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the complainant through video conferencing. Learned Public Prosecutor is present in Court.

(2.) The present bail applications have been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No.111/2020 registered at Police Station Surajgarh, District Jhunjhunu for the offence(s) under Sections 143 , 341 , 323 , 452 of IPC.

(3.) Counsel forthe petitioners submits that the injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature and there is no allegation of extortion in the FIR. It is also submitted that the accused petitioners are in judicial custody for about twenty days. The offence alleged to have been committed by the petitioners are triable by the Magistrate and completion of the trial will likely to take time. Therefore, he implored to grant of bail to the accused petitioners.
