SURMANATH Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with F.I.R. No.121/2019, Police Station Dhamotar, District Pratapgarh for the offences under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B of IPC.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material available on record.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there was a dispute with respect to hotel business between the petitioners and the complainant and therefore, the present F.I.R. has been lodged against the petitioners only in order to take revenge. He further submits that the co-accused, namely, Ajaynath has already been enlarged on regular bail by the trial court itself vide Order dated 23.10.2019. He, therefore, prays that the present petitioner may also be enlarged on anticipatory bail.
